ISR
Director of R&D
We’re looking for a strong tech leader, with a can-do and hands-on approach, to lead and manage a large team of engineers, in charge of developing new products and of improving existing ones.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a range of development activities, while setting a technical direction for your teams
- Ensure that R&D projects are delivered on time, in budget and delivery meets the agreed specifications, requirements and Company needs
- Provide technical supervision and support for ongoing projects and the development of products, including guidance, product investigations, problem-solving, and implementation of solutions
- Lead and manage a team of 20+ worldwide engineers and Team Leaders, while ensuring the team is structured and organized for long term success
- Direct reporting to the VP R&D
- 6+ years experience in R&D roles, 3-4 years as an R&D TL or Group Manager of 20-25 sized teams
- Education in an engineering or a science-related field
- Significant experience with current technologies and platforms – Mac, iOS, .Net, Node, Java (Android)
- Significant experience working on SaaS solutions, inc. AWS experience
- Prior programming experience; deep understanding of networking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- Innovator by nature, proactive, out-of-the-box thinker

Security Engineer
Bright Data, the industry leader in the web data domain, is looking for an analytical, detail-oriented cybersecurity engineer with outstanding problem-solving skills, to lead information security initiatives and projects and provide continuous improvement to security operations and assurance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide security recommendations for securing the company environments, end-user devices, and related infrastructure with the best practices and standards.
- Define, implement and maintain security systems, secured systems configuration, hardening guidelines, and monitoring tools.
- Enforce security policies and procedures by administering and monitoring security profiles, reviewing security violation reports, and investigating possible security exceptions.
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures.
- Identify network and system vulnerabilities and ensure systems are patched, updated, and audited constantly.
- Respond to all network and security issues, incidents, and PT test mitigations.
- Assist with reviewing secure architecture and design for new products, features, and services.
- Identify and facilitate remediation of application and cloud security exposures and vulnerabilities.
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in information security or related field, knowledge of cyber security controls.
- Experience in hardening systems and understanding operating systems as Linux, macOS, and Windows- Must
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, DLP systems, web getaways, and endpoint protection – Must
- Knowledge of common web application security vulnerabilities (OWASP TOP10, SANS 25, etc.)
- Experience with: CASB, SASE, CSPM, Email security, VPN, FW – Advantage.
- AWS certifications, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, OSCP – Advantage
